Client Services Manager

What Makes a Successful Client Services Manager:
Self-sufficient with a focus on problem solving
Ability to be in the weeds (meticulous, diligent) and see the larger, strategic picture
Strategic with your clients, time, focus, and energy
Establish, maintain and cultivate the “day-to-day” client relationships and delivering successful campaign results across all offerings
Have a strong grasp of our platform, systems, product offerings, and partnerships to support consultation on campaign strategy and campaign delivery success
Pro-actively introduce solutions/ideas to internal teams to help improve processes, workflow, client satisfaction, etc.
Responsible for developing strong, effective working relationships with internal teams
Ability to lead client-facing presentations, calls, and product demos and own client touch points with key client contacts on campaign performance, pacing, insights, optimizations, etc.
Own client reporting and updates/ touch points with key client contacts on campaign performance, pacing, insights, optimizations, etc.
Drive collaboration with sales:
Join in-person or calls as-needed basis for presenting reports, meetings/ pitches, product demos, etc.
Engage with sales at a strategic level to learn about client strategy, brand goals, potential account growth opportunities, etc.Completing RFPs, providing feedback based on client insight and brand goal
Pro-actively partners with sales and clients and looks for ways to capture additional client budgets.
Digital programmatic experience is preferred with an understanding of the ad technology landscape
Minimum of 4 years prior experience within online marketing or digital media industry
Proven ability to build strong client relationships and work in fast paced, deadline driven environment
Strong analytical skills with a strong eye for detail
Strong quantitative and research skills with proven ability to demonstrate data interpretation capabilities to clients
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to prepare clear and concise client-ready documents
Experience with third party ad tags/ operations/ major industry 3rd party players a plus
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, Excel
Experience with Salesforce
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
